We kindly request you give us a 24-hour notice if you have to cancel or reschedule, we understand things come up but a reoccurrence of missed appointments may lead to a dismissal from our shop. We want to ensure that we are valuing our stylists time and providing a full service for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide full service or may have to reschedule you. By booking an appointment with us you are acknowledging the agreements of our terms.
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 3 business days of your appointment. We have complete respect and appreciation with any feedback we will happily fix/ give you a discount at your next service
